Woman hurt when car slides on slick road and hits bridge | News
Slick roads are being blamed for an accident that sent a Willisburg woman to the hospital.
It happened on KY 70 in Muhlenberg County Friday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say a Chevy Tahoe driven by 21-year-old Ann Sims of Willisburg was about five miles west of Midland when the vehicle hydroplaned on the wet roadway. She traveled into the westbound lane and struck a bridge.
Sims wasn't wearing her seat belt.
She was taken to Muhlenberg Community Hospital for treatment.
