Hopkins County miners honored for safety efforts | News
Over 40 workers from Hopkins County Coal received a certificate from the Kentucky Office of Mine Safety Wednesday.
They've gone eight years without a lost-time injury.
HCC processes coal for shipment from Elk Creek, an underground mine located two miles from the prep plant.
