HOPKINS CO., KY (WFIE)- A Nevada man has pled guilty to second degree manslaughter in Hopkins County.
Police say 47-year-old Arthur Deramo admitted he was drunk when he ran over and killed Jeremy Goodwin in 2011.
Deramo says he panicked and backed over Goodwin again after he had fallen out the van the two of them were in.
Hunters found Goodwin's remains along Highway 2171, after he had been missing for about seven months.
Deramo's sentencing is scheduled for April 1. He will likely be sentenced to 10 years in prison.
